L'album s'intitule The Formation of Damnation et sera disponible en Amérique du Nord le 29 Avril 2008 via Nuclear Blast.

 

Le personnel ayant participé à l'enregistrement comporte Alex Skolnick, Eric Peterson, Chuck Billy, Greg Christian et Paul Bostaph. Le production de l'album à été confiée à Andy Sneap.
